includes a copy of Dr. Small’s book, The Alzheimer’s Prevention Program

Dr. Gary Small is a professor of psychiatry and Director of the UCLA Longevity Center at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human
Behavior. A best-selling author and renowned speaker, Dr. Small has been named one of the world’s leading innovators in science and
technology by Scientific American.

All proceeds go to the Esther Lewin
Emergency Survival Fund, which provides over 500 women and families in crisis with food, clothing vouchers, transportation, holiday gifts, and other life necessities each year.
